OUR CHARGES ARE:

20% PREMIUM FOR VENDORS, AND;

22% (or minimum $3) BUYERS LOTTING FEE FOR EACH LOT ITEMISED.


PLEASE READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION AND BUYER’S NOTE. Items are sold 'as is' and there are no refunds. You are welcome to come during the allotted auction time and view the item in person.

All bidders must register with an account before you can place a bid. The following details are required for registration - NAME, BILLING ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER & VALID CREDIT CARD. You can change your details in the 'My account' section after logging in.


UPON COMPLETION OF AN AUCTION, THE CREDIT CARD OF THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER WILL CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL TO CLAIM YOUR WINNING ITEMS AND PRINT YOUR INVOICE.

All bidders agree with Paul's Auctions to be bound by the conditions of auctions as displayed throughout the auction room.

Inspection days for any auctions are generally Tuesday to Saturday or as advertised. Paul's Auctions encourages prospective buyers to inspect all items of interest to ensure you are satisfied with the item prior to bidding. Buyers are expected to have taken advantage of inspection days and no refunds will be given. All items in the auction are sold as is. 

Any breakages must be paid for by the person who is responsible for the damage.

Enclosed shoes must to be worn by all patrons on site at our property at all times (including for viewing days and on-site auctions). We often have tools, equipment and sharp objects all crammed into a tight space, and we don't want anyone getting injured unnecessarily.

NO WARRANTIES are given to any goods unless stated in the catalogue. Items are best described to our ability.


LIVE (IN-PERSON AUCTIONS)

Full payment is required before purchase can be collected. Payments can be made by cash, bank cheque or eftpos. We do accept credit cards except for Dinners Club and American Express. Personal and business cheques will only be accepted if an arrangement has been made with Paul's Auction prior to the auction . All payments must be made within 24 hours.

A 20% buyer’s premium fee will be added to all sales.

For live auctions, the Auctioneer may ask for a deposit once bidding is placed. 

Purchases cannot be collected unless receipt of payment in full has been made. Purchases must be collected on the day of auction or the following day unless organised with us directly. We cannot hold items for days and days, so please contact us if you have any questions.



Creation of an account on the paulsauctions.co website or the receiving of a bidding number for a live auction are acceptance of these terms and conditions.
